Fun to say, even better to eat. With a semi-mild and sweet flavor profile like other tropical fish, mahi mahi has the moist flakiness of halibut coupled with the dense meatiness of swordfish. Works well for a variety of cooking methods and ingredients but is a popular choice for grilling since it doesn’t fall apart easily.
