Pacific Oysters

Less salty than its eastern seaboard counterparts, the Pacific oyster’s large outer shell holds a sweet and buttery meat within that ends with a slightly fruity finish. Can be enjoyed raw with a zingy mignonette sauce, but also makes the perfect choice for grilling.

Cannot be frozen, must be consumed within 2 days.
