King salmon has a buttery, silky taste with a hint of sweetness and features a melt-in-your-mouth meaty texture. High in essential Omega-3 fatty acids, this fish holds up strongly to grilling or pan roasting.  Steaks are portioned into 1lb cuts unless otherwise noted.
