A whitefish with a little something special, the catfish is known for its distinctive flavor in culinary applications around the globe. With a moist, sweet, and mild flavor profile, its tender-yet-firm flesh has less flake than other whitefish and works well when grilled, baked, pan-fried, and most popularly, deep-fried.
