Halibut Steaks

This versatile and popular whitefish holds its own when paired with big flavors. Halibut steaks have a firm-yet-tender texture with large flakes and a delicate and sweet taste. They can be baked, poached, grilled, or steamed, and pair well with bold ingredients like acidic tomato sauce, rich brown butter, or creamy pesto.  Steaks are portioned into 1lb cuts unless otherwise noted.
