Salmon Candy

Salty, sweet, and smoky, our “candied” version of our jerky smoked salmon is made from delicious belly strips from the salmon and is richly flavored with delicate and sweet Alderwood smoke. Softer than traditional smoked meats, this candied jerky makes for a uniquely great snack.
