Large and firm, our fresh and wild large scallops feature a sweet and buttery taste with a mildly nutty flavor similar to hazelnuts and almonds. Quick and easy to prepare in a variety of ways for a variety of inspired dishes.  Dry-packed.  Approximately 15 scallops per pound.
