A local favorite. The flavor profile of these Pacific Northwest mussels is delicate yet distinctive, with a slight brininess that comes from their time spent in saltwater. A beautiful base for any recipe, mussels take on the flavor of whichever spices, herbs, and bases they’re cooked in.  Cannot be frozen, must be consumed within 2 days.
