Our fresh salmon filets are topped with a blend of garlic and peppers and are then smoked over Alderwood coals for a delicate essence of smoky and sweet flavors.  Product is portioned in 1 lb. increments and includes natural variations of head, center, and tail cuts.  Ready to eat.
